Yes — every booking is chauffeur-driven. We do not offer self-drive. Our drivers are permanent staff who know the coastal highways and the ghat roads, speak Kannada, Tulu, Konkani, Hindi and English — and between them most Indian languages, which matters on the interstate runs — and are used to travelling with elderly pilgrims and small children.
We are based in Udupi and serve Udupi, Manipal, Mangalore, Karkala, Kundapura, Brahmavara, Kaup and Moodbidri for pickups. Day trips go across coastal Karnataka — Kollur, Dharmasthala, Kukke Subrahmanya, Murudeshwar, Gokarna, Sringeri and Horanadu. We also run multi-day interstate tours to Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Goa, with the permits and the driver's stay arranged by us.
Vehicle, driver, driver bata and fuel. Toll, parking and any permit charges are billed at actuals, and inter-state trips carry the applicable border tax. Everything is stated in the quote before you confirm — there are no charges added at the end of the trip.
Two or three days is usually enough for a car. For the tempo travellers, and for anything during Navaratri, the Maranakatte jatre, the Dharmasthala Laksha Deepotsava or the school holidays, book two weeks ahead — the bigger vehicles go first.

Yes, and they are among our most frequent bookings. Mangaluru International Airport is about 60 km from Udupi. Share your flight number and the driver tracks it, so a delayed landing costs you nothing extra in waiting charges.
